Paseo is a signature school of Kansas City Public Schools with a thriving performing arts program that includes, dance, visual arts, fashion design, graphic arts, video production, instrumental and vocal music, technical theater and drama.

    Garfield Elementary School is getting a big makeover this summer thanks to the generosity of hundreds of volunteers from the Church of the Resurrection. The church recently selected Garfield as the latest site for its Bless the School program.

  • College Connections Center Offers Free Advice for Students and Families

    The Missouri College Advising Corps (MCAC), with funding support from the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, is excited to announce that the KC College Connections Center will be opening for a third summer in the Kansas City Metro area! The College Connections Center provides free one-on-one advising over the summer to any college-bound students and their families going to any college in the fall. Counselors at the center are trained to advise students on all processes related to college planning, admissions, and financing.
