Parents and guardians can visit www.kcpublicschools.org/FindYourSchool to check which school their children will attend under the Master Plan based on their current addresses. Parents and guardians can also contact the KCPS Master Plan Hotline by calling 816-418-8825 (open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Feb. 26; and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Feb. 29-March 4) or emailing masterplan@kcpublicschools.org.

  • Parents' Right to Know

Kansas City Public Schools receive federal funds for Title I. As a parent of a student in a Title I school, and in accordance with the ESEA Section 1111(h) (6) PARENTS RIGHT-TO-KNOW, you have the right to know the professional qualifications of the classroom teachers who instruct your child. Federal law allows you to ask for certain information about your child’s classroom teachers, and requires the school to give you this information in a timely manner.
