Meals are planned by the Director of Child Nutritional Services, with assistance of the District Dietician and input from cafeteria managers and students. All meals meet the criteria and regulations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Menus are planned with the goal of providing students with one third of their Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for key nutrients and calories.
