The KCPS ITC Help Desk

The Help Desk serves as a central point of contact for the IT&C department and is where all technology problems can be reported and questions answered. We strive to provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous technical support through Email and over the telephone.
If you have any questions about technology, please Email the KCPS ITC Help Desk: 
This is the most efficient way to get help. 
If the Help Desk is unable to immediately resolve an issue, we will escalate the issue via work order to the appropriate technician or IT professional.
