SAC is the School Advisory Committee, the parent involvement organization for our school. SAC generally meets the second Thursday of each month. Every parent is welcome at Lincoln SAC meetings. It is your chance to meet other families, learn about educational changes and opportunities, and ask questions. It’s another important way you can be involved and have a voice in your child’s education.
SAC Newsletters
Each week the SAC Committee emails two newsletters to families. The newsletters are one of the best ways for parents to stay up-to-date on events and activities happening at Lincoln. If you would like to receive SAC news, email Pattie Mansur at mansurpattie@gmail.com.
SAC meetings typically are held the second Thursday in the library or auditorium. However, we sometimes adjust dates to accommodate other school events.
Support SAC through the Activity Fund
The SAC has a Student/School Activity Fund that provides our organization with resources to support fun and spirit-building activities at the school. We provide financial support for dances, Homecoming festivities, senior farewell events, staff appreciation, clubs and more. While many public schools in our region require student activity fees, our effort is strictly voluntary! We’re seeking a modest contribution of $25 per family. You can pay cash or check payable to Lincoln SAC Activity Fund. If you have questions, contact Abby Mueller, SAC Treasurer, abbymueller@earthlink.net.
