The Kansas City Public Schools (KCPS) invites families and community members to a pair of informational meetings on May 14-15 to discuss potential changes to student transportation for the 2012-2013 school year and beyond.

The meetings are scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. at the following locations:

·         May 14 – Manual Career Technical Center, 1215 E. Truman Road, Kansas City, MO

·         May 15 – Central High School, 3221 Indiana, Kansas City, MO

Topics of discussion include additional pick-up/drop-off times, and how variations in transportation costs impact teaching and learning. KCPS budget and transportation officials will be available to answer questions.
