Enrollment and Registration Days will be held from July 9 to July 27 at Manual Career Technical Center, 1215 E. Truman Road. Join us to enroll your student or to register your current KCPS student in the new Student Information System (SIS) for the fall. This system will give parents access to real-time grades, attendance and other school-related materials.
Important note: current KCPS students and families will need to verify their home address, emergency contact information and current immunization record before registering with the new SIS.
This step is necessary to ensure all information in the new system is accurate.
What you need to bring

- Verification of birth
- Pre-kindergarten only: 2 current check stubs, or proof of income within the last 30 days

The Enrollment and Registration Days schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday Friday – 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturdays (July 14 and July 21) – 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Kansas City Missouri Health Department will be present to assist with immunizations during the following times:
- Tuesday, July 10: 4-8 p.m.
- Thursday, July 12: 2-8 p.m.
- Saturday, July 14: 9-2 p.m.
- Monday, July 16: 2-6 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 17: 4-8 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 18: 2-6 p.m.
- Thursday, July 19: 2-8 p.m.
- Saturday, July 21: 9-2 p.m.
Special incentives such as $20 Target gift cards, $25 Barnes & Noble gift cards, and free passes to CoCoKey Water Resort will be awarded at various times throughout the month. Most importantly, families will gain access to important student information.
