KCPS and Blue Valley Neighborhood Association hosted a reuse proposal presentation on Thursday, November 2, 2017. Hope City is proposing to operate a church and prayer ministry in the former school. Hope City is currently leasing space at 24th and Quincy and is looking to expand its services.
