KCPS Student Section Cheers Roos to Victory

KCPS is excited to announce a new partnership with Kansas City Athletics!

The partnership aims to grow upon the recent KCPS Kids Day Game on Nov. 7. Over 1,200 elementary-age students attended the KC Women's Basketball game versus Westminster College. The energy and enthusiasm of the students, who were guests of University Health, helped the Roos to a 91-49 victory.

In addition to creating new field trip opportunities for students, this partnership will allow KCPS staff to attend UMKC basketball games for free to cheer on the Roos! We will be sharing more details soon, so stay tuned!
