What We Do

Building Operations & Maintenance

• Keep buildings and grounds functional, safe, and efficient by managing maintenance, operations, and supportive services like cleaning, HVAC, landscaping and energy management.
• Ensure a productive and comfortable environment for students while controlling cost and meeting compliance.
• We handle everything from daily janitorial tasks, repairs, preventative maintenance, (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), waste management, and groundskeeping.
• Oversee renovations, capital projects and facility upgrades.
