School Site Details

SDG completed redevelopment of the historic building into 52 affordable senior rental units in December 2018. KCPS sold Blenheim to Sunflower Development Group (SDG) on December 21, 2017 with strong community support. The Tri-Blenheim Neighborhood Association endorsed Sunflower's redevelopment proposal and believes that it "could be a catalyst for other developments in our area". On December 6, 2016, MHDC awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits(LIHTC) to the project.
