School Site Details

KCPS sold the Swinney School to Kansas City Sustainable Development Partners, LLC (KCSDP) on April 11, 2013 for reuse as housing + office. KCSDP in partnership with Dalmark developed the project, which consisted of the historic renovation of the school building and the construction of a new apartment building on the site. Construction was complete in March 2016.
