Congratulations are in order for Mr. Kevin Hogan! Last week, Mr. Hogan was randomly chosen to win a free two-year lease at Two Light Luxury Apartments as a part of the Kansas City Power & Light District partnership with KCPSEF.

Transcripts

The Office of Student Records provides student records and transcripts for all graduates of Kansas City Public Schools. We also have GED transcripts for students who obtained their GEDs in Missouri.

System Update - Beginning March 26, 2020, Kansas City Public Schools will begin processing online student records request through ScribOrder. This will include any requestor who will be requesting high school transcripts or education verification requests. ScribOrder is a user-friendly module that will allow easy requesting for KCPS graduates and third-party corporations. For K-12 record request, you will submit your request through the K-12 Transfer. If you have questions, please contact the Student Records Office at 816-418-7765. Thank you.

Request Records – Former Students, Graduates and K-12 Students

The student records department is in the process of enhancing the quality of the microfilm student records. During this time, former KCPS students with a birth year of 1975 or previous will experience a 48-hour delay with their records request. Thank you for your patience while we work to enhance the student record request process.
