Celebrate Our 2021 School Teachers of the Year

The 2021 Kansas City Public Schools Teacher of the Year Recognition Program honors the educators who structure their classrooms to increase performance and provide exceptional experiences, no matter what.

College Access Connector Series

The College Access Connector Series is a free, virtual event open to all high school students from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March 24.

This will be an hour-long live webinar experience with experts recommended by the Mizzou College Advising Corps (MCAC). There will be two 25-minute sessions on a variety of topics for the students who participate. Students will get access to valuable college information to plan their personal journeys.

The featured topics will include:

  • UMKC (University of Missouri - Kansas City)
  • Mizzou (University of Missouri)
  • Lincoln University, HBCU
  • MCC (Metropolitan Community College)
  • KCKCC (Kansas City, KS Community College)
  • Two-year college vs. four-year college
  • FAFSA (Financial Aid)
  • Skilled Trades Information

Students should follow the two steps below to participate:

  2. Sign up for two sessions using the Google Form
