With colder weather arriving, we have been planning for the potential of snow/inclement weather days and Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) days for the upcoming winter season in KCPS. With this, we wanted to communicate how we will conduct any upcoming snow day plans.

We are currently looking for paraprofessionals, substitutes and building staff who have completed their bachelor's degree and are interested in becoming a certified teacher. KCTR provides a support team that guides participants through the assessments and coursework required to complete Missouri Teacher Certification and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, in partnership with the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
