The Kansas City Public Schools IT support team is changing their hours of operation for walk-in support to 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday at the BOE building, which is located at 2901 Troost Ave. in Kansas City, MO. These walk-in IT support services can be accessed from the door on the north side of the building on 29th Street. After-hours appointments can be made by calling 816-418-4357 or emailing tickets@kcpublicschools.incidentiq.com.
