Help KCPS Students Learn Cybersecurity Skills
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Save the Moonshot Satellites team before hackers create chaos in space!
This fall, KCPS middle and high schoolers will be joining students across the globe for the 2022 Space Grand Challenge. This event, part of our partnership with the California Cybersecurity Institute at Cal Poly, uses gamification and Esports to help prepare students for future careers in the cyber, tech and space industries. During competition, students will spend three days in a virtual-immersive environment while they use digital forensics to solve a fictional cybercrime. This year’s competition will be held Oct. 7-9 at Manual Career & Technical Institute, 1215 E. Truman Rd.
