Our Technology Department call-in service hours will be Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can reach out to us by calling 816-418-HELP (4357).


Submit a Request
We have a ticketing system you can access anytime at https://kcpublicschools.incidentiq.com/. Log in with your student’s username and password.


Walk-in
We will have a limited staff on-site and be providing limited walk-in support at the Board of Education building at 2901 Troost Ave., Kansas City. Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (for things that we cannot help with remotely). The entrance is on 29th Street. Appointments outside of the listed hours are also available.
