PREP-KC's partnership in collaboration with Evergy, Kansas City Public Schools, and Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is excited to offer students an opportunity to earn Market Value Assets (MVAs) in dual credit hours and industry-recognized credentials (IRC) in the energy industry. This unique partnership prepares applicants to sit for the national OSHA General Industry exam, complete Energy Industry Fundamentals coursework, and become Pole Climbing Certified. Upon successful completion of the program and the exams, the graduate is eligible to apply for MCC's full Utility Line Worker Program.

This program starts in the Fall of 2021.
