Transportation - ZUM
For Zum Support (855-743-3986 or support@ridezum.com):
- App technical issues (login errors, error messages)
- Cancelling upcoming rides (if unable to do so within the app)
- Ride progress or ETA inquiries
- Other technical issues with the Zum parent app or school portal
- ZUM Bus Cards: Zum Bus Cards for all students, designed to streamline bus transportation. These cards are plastic, the size of an ID card, and allow students to quickly and easily tap when boarding or exiting the bus, similar to metro transit passes.
- Each Zum Bus Card is uniquely assigned to an individual student and cannot be shared. For easy identification, the student's first name and last initial are printed on the card. In the event the card is misplaced, this information will help ensure its return.
- The cards will be distributed to students during the first week of school. Please encourage your student to keep their card safe and bring it with them each day.
