Pre-K Programs
Kansas City Public Schools has several Preschool options for our youngest learners and their families including Head Start, neighborhood and signature school Pre-K.
Neighborhood Schools
K-12 public schools open to all students who live in the school's boundaries. The schools follow a feeder pattern where students progress from elementary to middle to high school together.
Signature Schools
Public schools focused on specialized themes. Students must reside in the KCPS boundaries. Application is required. Signature schools have minimum requirements.
