KCPS is proud to join the City of Kansas City and the Mattie Rhodes Center in a DOJ‑funded effort to prevent violence and support student well‑being.
Northeast High School and Northeast Middle School will now receive additional behavioral interventionists and restorative justice support—ensuring students and families have access to timely, culturally relevant care. This is a major step toward safer schools and stronger neighborhoods.
Thank you Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas and Jackson County Legislator Manny Abarca for helping present this new partnership!
